I’m Jon Dieringer, the founder, director, and editor-in-chief of Screen Slate, winner of the National Society of Film Critics 2022 Film Heritage Award. I also work as an editor with A24’s publishing imprint, where I oversee books and zines. On top of this, I’m a film programmer, writer, and media artist.

I was previously the Technical Director of pioneering media art nonprofit Electronic Arts Intermix, where I oversaw the preservation of video and film works by artists such as Nam June Paik, Barbara Hammer, Joan Jonas, Vito Acconci, and Tony Oursler, among many others.

I’m available for management, editing, curating, writing, and film/video preservation work. Say hello!
